ROAD TRAFFIC (PARKING AND WAITING) (AMENDMENT)

REGULATIONS 1966.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Road Traffic Ordinance 1957, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Road Traffic (Parking Citation and and Waiting) (Amendment) Regulations 1966 and shall come into commence. operation on the 1st day of May, 1966.

2. The Third Schedule to the Road Traffic (Parking and Waiting) Deletion and Regulations 1958 is deleted and substituted by the following-

"THIRD SCHEDULE.

FEES FOR USE OF CAR PARKS,

1. (a) If the motor vehicle is placed in the car park

after 7 p.m. on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednes day, Thursday or Friday which is not followed by a general holiday and is removed from the car park before 8 a.m. on the next following day: or

(b) if the motor vehicle is placed in the car park.

after 7 p.m. on any Monday, Tuesday, Wednes day. Thursday or Friday which is followed by a general holiday and is removed from the car park before 8 am. on the next following chay which is not a general holiday; or

(c) if _the_motor vehicle is placed in the car park after 2 p.m. on any Saturday and is removed from the car park before 8 am, og the next following Monday or, if the Monday is a general holiday, on the next following day which is not a general holiday

2. If the motor vehick is placed in or removed from the car park or both placed in and removed from the car park other than during the periods specified in paragraph 1
