IMPORTATION (SOUTHERN RHODESIA TOBACCO)

REGULATIONS 1965.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Tmportation and Exportation Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-—

1. These regulations may be cited as the Importation (Southern Citation. Rhodesia Tobacco) Regulations 1965.

(2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of fifty thousand dollars and to imprisonment for twelve months.
