General Conditions of Tenancy,

1. The tenant shall—

(a) pay the rent in advance on each rent day;

(6) keep the premises in a clean, tidy and hygienic condition and

carry out any cleansing directed by an authorized officer:

(c) permit any authorized officer to enter the premises at Boy reasonable lime for the purpose of inspecting them or anj machines or installations therein;

(d) report at once to an authorized officer any defect, blocked drains or damage of any kind whatsoever in or to the mid premises:

(e) maintain all electrical installations in the premises in good

condition; and

( pay such charges for the resetting, repair or replacement of the moulded circuit breakers fitted in the premises as the competent authority may consider proper.

The tenant shall not--

(a) add to or remove from the premises any fixtures or fittings

or erect borein any structure without the permission i writing of an authorized officer;

(5) assign, sublet or part with the possession of the premises, of permit any person to reside therein except the tenant himself and his registered caretakers, without the permission is writing of an authorized officer,

(c) do or permit to be done in the premises or any part thereol anything which may be of become a nuisance, imoyance or disturbance to the occupiers of other premises or of other property in the neighbourhood or which is in any way agains the law of the Colony;

(d) install any machinery in the premises without the permission

in writing of an authorized officer; or

(a) fails to carry out, within two weeks after the data of a notice issued by or on behalf of the competent authority, such repairs to any electrical installation in the premises as may be specified in such notice; or

(6) installs any machinery in the premises without the permisSİON

in writing of an authorized officer,

the competent authority may disconnect the supply of electricity to the promised.

This tenancy may be determined by the competent authority or the tenant by giving in writing one month's notice to quit expiring on a rent day,

On the determination of this tenancy, the tenant shall deliver up the promises in good and tenantable condition and repair and shall hand over the keys to an authorized officer.

6. Aay notice required to be served on the tenant for the purpose of any of the foregoing condition shall be sufficiently served if

之指示對房後內之任何電器裝置進行必要之理ㄗㄨㄚ葳

(乙) 未得授權人員之書面准在勞舍內裝胤任何機器。

剛其房合之電力供應可由該管當局切斷。
