In exercise of the powers conferred by section $1 of the Resertle- ment Ordinance 1958, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations

1. These regulations may be cited as the Resettlement (Amend. Citation and ment) (No. 4) Regulations 1965, and shall come into operation on the commence- day appointed for the commencement of the Resettlement (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.
