STUDENTS (AMENDMENT) RULES 1965.
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 73 of the Legal Practitioners Ordinance 1964, the Committes of the Incorporated Law Society of Hong Kong, with the approval of the Chief Justice, bas made the following rules-
1965.
1. These rules may be cited as the Students (Amendment) Rules Citation.

Rule 10 of the Students Rules 1964 is amended by the deletion Amendment of the full stop at the end of paragraph (2) and the substitution therefor of rule 19. of a colon and by the insertion thereafter of the following-
"Provided that this paragraph shall not apply to any person whose articles are due to expire on or before the 1st day of March, 1966.".

Explanatory Note.
(This Note is not part of the rules, but is intended
to indicate their general purport).
The purpose of these rutes is to amend the Students Rules 1964 to provide that the restriction contained in paragraph (2) of rule 10 shall not apply to a person whose articles are due to expire on or before 1st March, 1966, this being the position before the enactment of the principal rules.
