STAMP (BANK AUTHORIZATION) ORDER 1965.

In exercise of the power vested in me by section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance, I hereby make the following Order-

ORDER.

I. This Order may be cited as the Stamp (Bank Authorization) Ciation. Onder 1965.

1. The bank specified in the Schedule to this Order is hereby Specilled authorized to compound for the payment of duty on unstamped cheques authorized to subject to the conditions stated in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsec- compound tion (1) of section 15 of the Ordinance.
