WORKMEN'S COMPENSATION (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1965.

«

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance 1953, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations----

1. These regulations may be cited as the Workmen's Com- Citation. pensation (Amendment) Regulations 1965.

2. Regulation 3 of the Workmen's Compensation Regulations Amendmen

of regulation 1953 (hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations) is amended 3. by the insertion at the end thereof, after the words "First Schedule". (G.NA. of the following-

"where the accident caused personal injury and in Form 1A of the First Schedule in the case of incapacity or death due to an cccupational disease”.

Regulation 4 of the principal regulations is amended by- Amendment

4. The First Schedule to the principal regulations is amended by Amendment the insertion-
