An Ordinance further to amend the Hong Kong Tourist Association

Ordinance 1957.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Tourist Short title, Association (Amendment) Ordinance 1965.

I. Section 24 of the Hong Kong Tourist Association Ordinance Repeal and 1957 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is repealed and replacement replaced by the following-

"Prohibition

of possession

and use of

badges or

emblems. Schedule.

24. (1) No person shall, except with the authority of (29 of 1957). the Association, use or have in his possession---

(a) any badge of the Association, which badges are portrayed in the Schedule, or any copy or replica of such badge; or

(b) any badge, emblem or other device containing the words "Hong Kong Tourist Association”: or
