(4) by the deletion of paragraph 10 and the substitution therefor of

the following-

"10. Where the Official Receiver performs any special duties not provided for under the other paragraphs of this Table-such amount as the court, on the application of the Official Receiver, may consider reasonable.".

These rules increase the fees payable in bankruptcy proceedings with a view to recovering the cost of realizing and distributing a bankrupt's property. They also make other minor amendments to the Bankruptcy Rules.

BANKRUPTCY ORDINANCE.

(Chapter 6).

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 113 and under subsection (1) of section 114 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, on the 26th day of March, 1964.

Resolved, pursuant to section 113 and to subsection (1) of sec- tion 114 of the Bankruptcy Ordinance, that the Bankruptcy (Amendment) Rules, 1964, made and prescribed by the Acting Chief Justice on the 18th day of March, 1964, be approved.
