ance. 1960.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Urban Shon tille. Services (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.

2. Section 2 of the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance, Amendment 1960 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended........ of section 2.

(a) by the deletion, in the definition "food", of item (6) and the

substitution therefor of the following-

"(a) water, live animals, live birds or live fish (excluding

shell fish);":
