An Ordinance to amend the Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance.

Chapter 172.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Places of Public Enter- Short title. tainment (Amendment) Ordinance, 1963.

Section 2 of the Places of Public Entertainment Ordinance Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by the of section 2. addition after the words "In this Ordinance" of the following new
