An Ordinance to provide for the incorporation of St. Paul's College

Council,

[25th May, 1962.]

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and

consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows---

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the St. Paul's College Council Short title. Incorporation Ordinance, 1962.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires- "Chairman" means the Chairman of the corporation:

"corporation" means the St. Paul's College Council incorporated under

section 3:

"regulations" means the regulations of the corporation approved from time to time by its members for the time being in accordance with the regulations for the time being in force.
