ROYAL HONG KONG Defence Force (PENSIONS) (AMENDMENT)

REGULATIONS, 1962.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Royal Hong Kong Defence Force Ordinance, 1951, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Royal Hong Kong Ciadoo. Defence Force (Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations, 1962.

2. Regulation 4 of the Royal Hong Kong Defence Force Amendment (Pensions) Regulations. 1952 is amended, in paragraph (1), by the of regula deletion of the words "Senior Medical Officer" and the substitution therefor of the following-
