Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council under section 3 of the Urban Council (Commissioner for Resettlement) Ordinance, 1954, on the 12th day of April. 1961.

Resolved, pursuant to section 3 of the Urban Council (Commis- sioner for Resettlement) Ordinance, 1954, that the duration of the said Ordinance be extended for the term of one year with effect from 30th April, 1961.
