An Ordinance to amend the Chinese Temples Ordinance, Chapter 153.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and Consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Chinese Temples (Amend- Shon ude ment) Ordinance, 1961, and shall come into operation on the 1st day and com of August, 1961.

Z. Section 7 of the Chinese Temples Ordinance (hereinafter Amendment referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by-
