AUTHORIZED MAXIMUM STOCK BALANCES.

Resolution made and passed by the Legislative Council on the 6th day of January, 1960,

WHEREAS———

(1) the Secretary of State previously maintained control over the limits for the maximum value of standard stocks of unallocated stores held by the Government of the Colony:

(2) the Secretary of State has with effect from the first day of

April, 1958, delegated his control to this Council.

NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the normal limits for the maximum value of standard stocks of unallocated stores held by the various Departments of the Government of the Colony shall be as follows-

Stores Departroeat-

Dollars Twenty-four million only ($24,000,000.00),

Kowloon-Canton Railway-Dollars Eight hundred and fifty

thousand only ($850,000,00).
