In exercise of the powers conferred by section 21 of the Drug Addicts Treatment and Rehabilitation Ordinance, 1960, the Governor In Council has made the following regulations~~

I. These regulations may be cited as the Drug Addicts Treatment Citation and Rehabilitation Regulations, 1960, and shall come into operation on the date of coming into operation of the Drug Addicts Treatment and Rehabilitation Ordinance, 1960.
