4. The rates, established in 1956 by order of the Governor in Council and set out in the second column of the Schedule, being the rates at which the messages specified in the first colunin of the Schedule might be transmitted, and the rates in respect thereof, established in 1957 and 1960 by agreement between the Government and Cable and Wireless Limited and set out in the third and fourth columns, respec- tively, of the Schedule shall be deemed to have been prescribed by regulations made under section 7 of the principal Ordinance and coming into operation on the 1st day of January, 1956, on the 1st day of October, 1957, and on the 1st day of September, 1960, respectively, these being the dates on which such rates were first charged.

5. The Radiotelegrams (Charges) Regulations are hereby revoked.
