Chapter 127.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and Short tide. consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Foreshores and Sea Bed Amendment (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.

2. Section 3 of the Foreshores and Sea Bed Ordinance is amended by the deletion of subsection (8).
