An Ordinance to amend the Kadoorie Agricultural Aid Loan Fund

Ordinance, 1955.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Kadoorie Agricultural Aid Short title. Loan Fund (Amendment) Ordinance, 1960.

2. Section 4 of the Kadoorie Agricultural Aid Loan Fund Amendmen Ordinance, 1999, (hereinafter referred to as the principal Ordinance) is of section 4. amended by the deletion of the words "Director of Agriculture, (25 of 1955). Fisheries and Forestry" wherever they appear, and the substitution therefor of the following-

"Director of Agriculture and Forestry".
