Procedure in Connexion with Approval of Plans and Consent for Commencement of Building Works and Street Works,

30. (1) Save as provided in regulation 34 application for the for approval. approval of plans of building works or street works shall be made in the prescribed form, and shall be accompanied by such documents as are required under these regulations,

(2) Any one or more of such plans may be submitted for approval separately.

(3) The submission of further particulars or other plans con- sequent upon the refusal of the Building Authority to give his approval under paragraph (6) of subsection (1) or paragraph (f) of subsection (6# of 1955). (2) of section 98 of the Ordinance shall be deemed to be a fresh application in respect of the plans which the Building Authority had refused to approve.

31. (1) The approval of the Building Authority in respect of the plans submitted to him shall be signified by-

(b) the stamping, sigoing and dating of one copy of such plans. other than structural calculations, which shall be returned to the authorized architect,

32. Application for the consent of the Building Authority for the commencement of any building works or street works shown on any approved plans shall be made in the prescribed form.

33. (1) The consent of the Building Authority to the commence ment of any building works or street works shall be signified by notice in writing in the prescribed form served on the person applying therefor. (2) The Building Authority may give his consent to the commence ment of any part of any building works the plans of which have been approved.

(3) The period referred to in section 9A of the Ordinance in connexion with consent being deemed to have been given shall be seven days.

37.
