FERRIES ORDINANCE. (Chapter 104).

EXCLUDED FERRIES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1958.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

1. These regulations may be cited as the Excluded Ferries Citation. (Amendment) Regulations, 1958.

2. The proviso to regulation 2 of the Excluded Ferries Amendment Regulations, 1955, is amended by the deletion of the figures and of proviso comma "1958," and the substitution therefor of the following-
