You are reminded that the annual licence fee in respect of your abovenamed licence is due on the date shown. Pleas present this demand note for payment, together with your licent at this office on or before that date.
Failure to renew by the due date ronders any person w continues his licensed business liable to prosecution under xecti 19 of the Dutiable Commodities Ordinance (Cap. 192).
This demand note, duly receipted, pust be retained in a saft place in your licensed premises, ready for production to an Revenue or Police Officer who asks to see it. It Is proof of the currency of your licence

Cheques, Drafts and Cashir Orders should be made payable to the "Hong Kong Government" and crossed. They should not be made payable to any individual offer Office hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 4 pm
