PROCLAMATION

No. 4 of 1957.

BY HIS EXCELLENCY, SIR ALEXANDER WILLIAM GEORGE HERDER GRANTIAM, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same.

WHEREAS by section 1 of the Crown Proceedings Ordinance (No. 18 of 1957), it is provided that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the Governor by Proclamation in the Gasstle :

NOW THEREFORE I, ALEXANDER WILLIAM GEORGE HERDER GRANTHAM, do hereby PROCLAIM that the said Ordinance shall come into operation on the 1st day of November, 1957.
