Amendment

of the principal by-laws.

5. By-laws 10, 22, 23 and 28 of the principal by-laws are rescinded.

6. (1) Except as is otherwise provided by these by-laws, the principal by-laws are amended by-

(a) the deletion of the word "dairy" wherever occurring and

the substitution therefor in each case of the following-

"pasteurization plant"; and

(b) the deletion of the word "dairyman" wherever occurring and the substitution therefor in each case of the follow- ing

"(1) Any person who contravenes the provisiona of by-law 2 to 4 JA, 6(1), 8, 9, 11, 13 to 21, 25 to 27, or 32 shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of two thousand dollars or imprisonment for six montha. .. Delete the words "Milk and Dairies" and substitute "Milk
