An Ordinance to amend the Waterworks Ordinance, Chapter 102.

BE it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Waterworks Short title.

(Amendment) Ordinance, 1956.

2. Section 2 of the Waterworks Ordinance (hereinafter Amend-

referred to as the principal Ordinance) is amended by-

ment of

(a) the insertion after the figure "z." of the following→

section 2.

(Cap. 102).

"(0)";

(b) the deletion from the definition "waterworks" of the words "shall hereafter be used or constructed" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"are being used or shall hereafter be constructed";
