Power to enter licensed place.

110. Any police officer of or above the rank of sergeant may enter any licensed place for the purpose of ensuring that the provisions of this Ordinance and the conditions of the licence in respect thereof are complied with.".

Section 12 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the deletion of the word "farin" and the substitution therefor of the following-

"appropriate form set out".

6. Section 14 of the principal Ordinance is amended by the insertion in paragraph (2), after the word "authorized", of the following-

The Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by the deletion of the reference "[s. 12]" and the sub-

stitution therefor of the following-

"Iss. 1A and 12]"; and

(b) by the addition, before the form of Warrant, of the

following new form-

"FORM OF LICENCE.

1.

GENERAL CONDITIONS.

No game shall be played at the licensed pisce except between the hours of roidday and midnight.

2. No alcoholic drink shall be sold or consumed at the licensad place.

No property shall be pledged at the licensed place.

Save with the written permission of the Commissionet of Police, no person except the licensee and persons employed at the licensed place, shall use the licensed place for the purpose of sleeping thereal.

A register shall be kept at the licensed place of all persons employed at such place and shall contain photographs of all such persons. Any police officer of or above the rank of sergeant shall, on request, be permitted to Inspect such register.

6. A notice setting out, in English and Chinese, all fes, commissions, percentages and hire prices charged shall be prominently displayed at the licensed "place.".
