4. The principal Ordinance is amended by the addition, after section 7, of the following new section-

"Collection

7A. The Collector shall be responsible for the collection of the taxes payable under this Ordin-

ance.

An Ordinance to validate undertakings for reclamation and other works over and upon unleased Crown foreshore and seabed situate at Chai Wan, Kun Tong Bay and Cheung Sha Wan, and to authorize, subject to the definitive approval of the Governor in Council, further undertakings for reclamation and other works in the same situations.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof. follows-
