An Ordinance to amend the law relating to police supervision of
certain persons.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice
and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows :
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Police Supervision Short title. Ordinance, 1956.
Lation.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires— Interpro- "court" includes the District Court;
"judge" includes a District Judge;
"police supervision urder" means an order made under section 3.
subjecting a person to police supervision.
