Explanatory Note.
(This mote is not part of the by-laws, but is intended to
indicate their general purport).
This amendment is designed to make it an offence to interfere with refuse at any time and in particular refuse deposited in a refuse dump. The opportunity has been taken to add an additional section to facilitate citation of the by-laws.

STAMP (BANK AUTHORIZATION) (No. 7) Order, 1955.
In exercise of the power vested in me by section 15 of the Stamp Ordinance, I bereby make the following Order :-
ORDER
1. This Order may be cited as the Stamp (Bank Authoriza- Citation. tion) (No. 7) Order, 1955.
