FERRIES (AMEndment) ReguLATIONS, 1955-

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Ferries Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations--

1. These regulations may be cited as the Ferries (Amend- Citation, ment) Regulations, 1955-

1. Regulation 52 of the Ferries Regulations is amended Amend-

ment of regulation 52.

(a) the insertion before the word "Piers" in the first place (Vol. IX,

where it occurs of the following-

"Save as may be otherwise agreed, "';

(b) the deletion of the word "Piers" in the first place where

it occurs and the substitution therefor of the following-
