(Chapter 241).
EMERGENCY (AGRICULTURAL POISONS) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1955-
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Emergency Regulations Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-
1. These regulations may be cited as the Emergency Citation, (Agricultural Poisons) (Amendment) Regulations, 1955.
2. Regulation of the Emergency (Agricultural Poisons) Amendment Regulations, 1955, (hereinafter referred to as the principal regula- of regula- tions) is amended by the deletion therefrom of the definition of (GINA, "Director".

4. Regulation 3 of the principal regulations is amended by Amendment (4) the deletion from paragraphs (1) and (2) of the full stop in each of the said paragraphs and by the addition, at the end of each of the said paragraphs, of the following-
"unless he is in possession of a permit to do so issued under regulation 4.";
(b) the deletion from paragraph (a) of the following- "Save as is permitted by these regulations, no" and the substitution therefor of the following-
"No".
