(3) If the registration officer rules that the applicant is not entitled to be registered as an elector he shall forthwith send to the applicant a notice of refusal of registration in accordance with Form of the Appendix stating that-
(a) such registration has been refused; and
(b) the application has been referred to the revising officer who will sit at a time and place to be stipulated in such notice; and
(e) if the applicant feels aggrieved by such refusal he may appear in person with or without a legal adviser before the revising officer and obtain the determination of the revising officer on such refusal.
8. If the registration officer recives a notice of objection he shall forthwith notify, in accordance with Form 8 of the Appendix, the objector and the other person named in such notice that the notice of objection has been referred to the revising officer for decision at a time and place to be stipulated therein and that the objector and such other person may appear before the revising officer at such time and place in person with or without a legal adviser.
9. On or before the 1st day of November of each year the registration officer shall give to the revising officer a list contain- ing the following particulars
(4) the name and address of each person who has lodged a notice of claim, which notice of claim has been disallowed by the registration officer;
(b) the name and address of each person who has lodged a notice of objection and the voter's number, name and address of each person to whose registration as an elector such notice of objection relates.
10. As soon as is convenient after the conclusion of the last hearing in any month of November and in any case not later than the 1st day of December next following, the revising officer shall send to the registration officer a list of the following-
(a) persons who claimed to be registered as electors and whose claims have been allowed by the revising officer;
(D) persons who claimed to be registered as electors and whose claims have been disallowed by the revising officer;
(c) persons to whose inclusion on the final register objection has been made and the objection has been allowed by the revising officer;
(d) persons to whose inclusion on the final register objection has been made and the objection has been disallowed by The revising oficer,

11. 12. (1) Not later than the 1st day of February in each year Publics- the registration officer shall publish the final register by publish- tion and
distribution ing a notification that a copy of the register is open for inspection of final during business hours at an address to be mentioned in such register, notice.
(2) As soon as the final register shall have been published the registration officer shall transmit a copy thereof to the Colonial Secretary.

13. The registration officer shall, on the application of any Sale of person during business hours and on payment of a fee of two copies of dollars for every thousand names or part thereof or twenty-five register. dollars for the complete part of the register relating to a polling station furnish to the applicant copies of the register or of part thereof:
Provided that nothing in this regulation shall impose on the registration officer the obligation to cause the register or any part thereof to be reprinted after stocks of copies thereof have become exhausted.
