(Chapter 141).

In exercise of the powers vested in the Governor under section 18 of the Quarantine and Prevention of Discasé Ordinance, which powers have been delegated to me, I hereby declare that Delhi (India) is a place where an infectious or contagious disease, namely smallpox, prevails.
