DEFENCE (FINANCE) REGULATIONS, 1940.

Possession of Gold (GoldsMITHS) (AMENDMENT) Order, 1955.

In exercise of the powers conferred by regulation (B) of the Defence (Finance) Regulations, 1940, which have effect by virtue of the Defence Regulation (Continuation and Modification) (No. 1) Order, 1948, His Excellency the Governor has made the following Order :-

1. This Order may be cited as the Possession of Gold Govern-

ment (Goldsmiths) (Amendment) Order, 1955, and shall be read as Notification one with the Possession of Gold (Goldsmiths) Order, 1949, No. A184 hereinafter referred to as the Principal Order.

2. Schedule C to the Principal Order is hereby amended by the addition thereto under the headings 'Firm' and 'Address" respectively of the following:
