HAWKERS ORDINANCE, (Chapter 157),

HAWKERS (AMENDMENT) BY-LAWS, 1955.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Hawkers Ordinance, the Urban Council has made the following by-laws-

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Hawkers (Amend. Citation. ment) By-laws, 1955-

1. The Summary of Contents of the Hawkers By-laws Amendment (hereinafter referred to as the principal by-laws) is amended by-

(a) the deletion therefrom under the heading "SPECIAL of the

BY-LAWS" of paragraph (4) and the substitution principal therefor of the following-
