COMPANIES ORDINANCE (AMENDMENT OF SIXTH SCHEDULE} Order, 1955-

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 345 of the Companies Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following Order-

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies Ordinance Citation, (Amendment of Sixth Schedule) Order, 1955.

2. The Sixth Schedule to the Companies Ordinance is Amendment amended by the deletion from the fourth column of the table of Sixth

Schedule. setting out the particulars of directors appearing on page 248 (Cap. 32). of Vol. II of the Laws of Hong Kong, 1950 Revised Edition, of the words "Nationality of (if origin other than present nationality)," and the substitution therefor of the following
