An Ordinance to validate an undertaking for reclamation and other works over and upon unleased Crown foreshore and seabed situate at Gin Drinkers Bay, and to authorize, subject to the definitive approval of the Governor in Council, a further undertaking for reclamation and other works in the same situation.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows-

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Reclamation Short title. and Works (Gin Drinkers Bay) Ordinance, 1955.
