In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Law Amendment (Transitional Provisions) Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following Order-

2. The Third Schedule to the Law Amendment (Transitional Amendment Provisions) Ordinance, is amended by the deletion from the end thereof of the following-

"Order No. 9-Port Executive ** 2 30/4/46" Committee Order, 1946.
