An Ordinance to validate payments of pay and allowances to members of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force and to officers and volunteers of the Hong Kong Volunteer Defence Corps who were called out on actual service and on actual military service during the Second World War 1939-45-

WHEREAS

[15th April, 1954-]

(1) members of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force were by proclamations, under regulation 26 of the Regulations of the Hong Kong Naval Volunteer Force enacted in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Naval Volunteer Ordinance, 1933, called out on actual service on and after the 30th day of August, 1939;
