EMERGENCY (REQUISITION) (USE OF LAND BY Her Majesty's MILITARY FORCEs) (Quarry Camp) Order, 1953-

In exercise of the powers vested in him by regulation 6 of the Emergency (Requisition) Regulations, 1949, the Governor has made the following Order~~

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency (Requisition) Citation, (Use of Land by Her Majesty's Military Forces) (Quarry Camp) Order, 1953.

2. In this Order—

"Commanding Officer" means the officer in command of Her

Majesty's Troops in QUARRY CAMP;

"Firing Area" means the area of land at QUARRY CAMP
