(3) Any of the tables specified in the Third Schedule and any other table of rules or regulations authorized in this Ordin- ance, together with any amendments thereto, may be promulgated by publication in the Gazelle or if the Governor in Council thinks fil by publication in the Gazette of rules or regulations signifying the approval of the Governor in Council to the coming into operation of such tables.

118. This Ordinance shall not come into operation unless and until the Governor notifies by proclamation that it is Her Majesty's pleasure not to disallow the same and thereafter it shall come into operation upon such day as the Governor shall by the same or any other proclamation appoint.
