An Ordinance to amend the Places of Public Entertainment

Ordinance, Chapter 172.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Places of Public Short title. Entertainment (Amendment) Ordinance, 1952.

2. Subsection (1) of section 4 of the principal Ordinance is Amendment hereby amended by the deletion of the words "one thousand of section dollars" at the end thereof and the substitution therefor of the words "two thousand dollars".
