No additional fee shall be payable for the issue of a deratisa- tion certificate after the fumigation of a vessel.
6. The scale of charges for deratisation exemption certificates (issued when justified by sanitary conditions disclosed by inspec- tion of vessels) is as follows-

(3) 20% surcharge will be made for each extra dosage above normal (normal dosage is 2 ounces per 1,000 cubic feet) in spaces requiring such treatment.

All the above prescribed charges shall be increased by 50% in every case where such charges are payable for work done outside official hours. For the purposes of these regulations, official hours shall be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on each of the days Monday to Friday inclusive, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, and work done on general holidays shall be deemed to be work done outside official hours.
