REGULATIONS BY THE Governor in COUNCIL,
(under section 8 of the Ordinance).
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8 of the Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations--
REGULATIONS.
1. These regulations may be cited as the Quarantine and Citation, Prevention of Disease (Scale of Charges) Regulations, rosI.

Scale of CHARGES.
1. Sulphur dioxide fumigation of ships.
(1) (a) The first too,co cubic feet or part thereof. $200.00
(b) For every 10,000 cubic feet over the first
100,000 and up to 200,000
$ 30,00
(c) For every 10,000 cubic feet over the second
100,000
$ 25.00
(2) (4) Fumigation of cargo in lighters or cargo in
compartments based on the cubic capacity-
30 cents per ton of 40 cu. ft.
(b) Minimum charge
75.00
