THE HONG KONG POLICE RESERVE ORDINANCE, 1927.

REGULATIONS BY THE Governor in COUNCIL.

In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Hong Kong Police Reserve Ordinance, 1927, the Governor in Council has made the following regulations-

REGULATIONS.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Hong Kong Police Citation. Reserve (Amendment) Regulations, 1951, and shall be read as one with the regulations made under the Special Police Reserve Ordinance, 1941, and set forth at page 599 in Volume 111 of the Regulations of Hong Kong (1937 Edition) hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations,

(2) No member of the Reserve shall be liable to prosecution under paragraph (1) in respect of the year during which he attains the age of 60 years if he pro- poses to resign from the Reserve in accordance with the provisions of regulation 8.

(3) If any member of the Reserve other than a person referred to in paragraph (a) quits the Reserve without completing the requirements of efficiency in any year, he shall be liable to a fine of $100.00: Provided that the Commissioner of Police may exempt from
