(b) The rules appearing on pages 643
644 of Volume II of the Regulations d Hong Kong (1937 Edition) under th heading "Rules prohibiting the burial a depositing of human remains in certai places" are amended by→→
(i) the deletion of paragraph (2) and the substitution therefor of the following-
**(2) any part of the catchm areas for Government waterworks in the New Territories (other than Ner Kowloon) as shown on the mo dated rath January, 1950, macked “Hong Kong Waterworks-Ber Territories Catchment Areas. Eris. Proposed ing shewn coloured red. shewn edged blue. Date th January, 1950, deposited and whid may be seen in the office of the Public Works Department or of the District Commissioner, New Teni tories, and thereon partly colour red and partly edged bluc;" (ii) the addition at the end thereof the following further paragraph-
"Any person who acts in conte vention of these rules shall upur summary conviction be liable to fine of one thousand dollars of " imprisonment for six months."

(c) The New Territories (Offensive Trades) Rules, 1948, published in the Gasette of the roth September, 1948, as Government Notification A.223 are amended by the addition after rule 18 of the following-
"Penalty.
19. Any person who acts in contravention of rules 4, 6(5), 8, D, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17 and 18 shall upon summary conviction be able to € fine of one thousand dollars or to imprison- ment for six months."
(d) The New Territories (Conservancy) Rules, 1949, published in the Gazette of the 16th September, 1949, as Government Notification A.187 are amended by the addition after rule 10 of the following-
"Penalty.
11. Any person who acts in contravention of rules 6, 7, 8 and 9 shall upon summary convic- tion be liable to a fine of one thousand dollars or to imprison- ment for six manths."
(c) The New Territories Regulation Rules, 1949, published in the Gaselle of the 16th September, 1949, as Government Notifica- tion A.190 are amended by the addition after rule 200 of the following-
