11. Any person who contravenes regulation 6 or 7 hereof shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on summary conviction to a fine of one thousand dollars and to imprisonment for a term of two months.

12. The regulations made by the Governor in Council under section 3 of the Printers and Publishers Ordinance, 1927, and G.N. 793 of appearing at pages 1002 and 1003 of the Regulations of Hong

Kong, Volume III, 1937 Edition, are hereby repealed.
