REGULATIONS BY THE GOVERNOR IN Couscip

under section 3.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Pensions Ordinance, 1949, the Governor in Council, with the sanction of the Secretary of State and the prior approval of Legislative Council makes the following regulations→→

REGULATIONS.

1. These regulations may be cited as the Pensions (Amend- Citation. ment) Regulations, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Pensions Regulations, 1949, hereinafter referred to as the principal regulations.

2. Regulation rs of the principal regulations is hereby Amend- amended by the addition of a further paragraph at the end ment of thereof as follows-

"(3) (4) A break in the service of an officer occur- ring wholly between the 12th day of July, 1946, and the 23rd day of July, 1946, or between the 16th day of August, 1947, and the 23rd day of September, 1947, as a result of the voluntary absence from the place of employment of such

regulation 15 of the principal regulations.
