An Ordinance to make amendments to miscellaneous Ordinances for the purpose of facilitating the preparation of the revised edition of the laws.

WHEREAS it is provided by section 6 of the Revised Edition of the Laws Ordinance, 1948, that the Commissioners appointed by that Ordinance may collect and submit to Legis- lative Council in the form of one or more Ordinances omissions, amendments or additions which could not be supplied, made or added in pursuance of their authority under that Ordinance :

AND WHEREAS it is further provided that upon enact- ment of such Ordinance or Ordinances the Commissioners should in the preparation of the revised edition give the like effect to such omissions, amendments or additions as if the same had been authorized under that Ordinance:

AND WHEREAS such omissions, amendments or additions have been collected and are now submitted :

Be it therefore enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof :
